Today marks November 1st. It also marks the day that I begin National Novel Writing Month ("NaNoWriMo"). I found out last week that my part-time writing for HooplaHa was going to be coming to an end in November, and that was my sign. A sign that I needed to write my novel. So I signed up, and I begin pounding the keyboard until I reach my goal limit for the day every day until November 30th.
The saying above means "all or nothing" in French. My best friend has it on a silver bracelet, and it's been constantly pressed in my mind since she received it from her aunt.
Now it's my turn in my life to give all or nothing. So here goes nothing!
Write. No excuses. Tout ou rien.

Good for you! The boyfriend just started on one he's been mulling over in his head for a while. It's a dedicated, long process, but I bet it's worth it for both of you in the end!
Sorry to hear the Hooplaha writing is over but wish you the best of luck with your novel! What an awesome adventure! I do hope you share some of it with us :)
