When the thought of changing jobs came into my ahead so soon after joining my current company, I felt nervous. But then a quote presented itself to me, and I realized that this was the right thing, the right choice, the right change for me.
"The only constant in life is change."
Life never stops moving, and change comes in all different forms, whether it be your dream job or not. Fortunately, in this case, it is my dream job. I used to fear change. I used to have extreme anxiety when change began (and even my body reacts at times via illness), but now I'm starting to embrace the fact that change is good.
How do you react to change? How do you feel about it?

I try hard to embrace it in a positive way, even though it isn't always easy! Sometimes the best changes aren't always the easy ones, but they need to happen. I'm still so happy for you and your new job!
Very inspirational for a monday! Change is great because without change, you never grow. That's how I am looking at it with our move coming up!
Usually when things change it is because I made it change. I've moved several times, switched schools and develope new friendships. When I think back on those things, I was ready for the change and I made it happen. However I think for the first time the possbility of change could scare me. I have been applying for jobs some in my state and some in california. I always wanted to moved to California but it would be a terrifying change if I got a job there. Only because for the first time I don't feel ready to go but something tells me I should try it any way.
This goes right from my post today too. I'm fearing change right now. I'm super excited to have the baby, but I learned that I have to go back to school and work full time after the baby and am so scared already to leave the little one. I'm having strong Mommy-guilt and he's not even here!
Change can be scary! But it can also be a vehicle to the greatest experiences we have ever had. Love your positive outlook, girl!
I'm like you and fear change... But I'm slowly starting to except it when it's necessary! I'm so happy for you and all the changes that you're going through now.
I'm so excited for you about your new job! Sorry I'm a little late congratulating you :)
I feel like as I get older, the more I embrace change, and see it as God's plans prevailing over my own. I am excited to see our lives change over the next couple years! Love you girlie, cant wait to follow you on these changes
Change can be nerve-wracking, but you're right, there's not way you can escape it! If you're not moving forward you're not living!
Change scares the crap out of me. I am pretty comfortable in my cocoon. I'm glad you stretched a bit!
Remembering how you left your job comforts me in a way because I need to make a decision about my job rapido and really just cannot decide what to do! I hate change!
I love change - when I am in control :) I tend to get bored easily so change is good for me!
I just accept it for what it is. It's kind of inevitable.
Best of luck with your new job!
I am not a huge fan of change myself, but usually find that it is not a bad thing. I am a creature of habit, so it takes me time to get used to changes.

I'd like to say I welcome change and adapt, but then I'd be totally lying. I am going to be honest and just say I don't like change. It throws me off and makes me uncomfortable. However, it always teaches me to not judge something before it happens. More times than not the change is good and keeps me on my toes. I still don't like it at first, but somehow it always ends up working out. Until the next change comes along ;) You need to teach me how to embrace it. lol
What a cool job you have! Sometimes, it's easier for me to accept and embrace change. I love new adventures. I think my struggle is pressing through life when it gets dull or when hope runs low. It's funny that people react differently to different situations, huh?
I usually don't do well with change but I know its constant and I try to do my best with going with the flow!
