First, I bought this Lilly Pulitzer dress (yes, it's kids, but for $44, how could I not?). I didn't buy it though before getting a text approval from Clare. I still haven't worn it yet, and I'm debating returning it. What do you all think?
Then we hit up two running stores. I ended up getting a second pair of running shoes since I'm going to need to switch soon. I "downgraded" from the Nike Vomero to the Nike Pegasus, but I can't seem to find a picture of them online.
Thanks to everyone who gave their input on which Garmin to buy. I'm leaning towards getting the 110 or 210, since they are on the simpler side. And I've decided not to get a heart rate monitor since I already have this Polar one.
I also am looking to buy an epilator...TMI? I'm just sick of having to shave all the time, and my co-worker highly recommends getting one. Any suggestions on that would be appreciated!
So that's my randomness for Thursday.

I'm in the market for new running shoes because I DESPERATELY need them. Never heard of either one of those Nikes, but you would recommend? .
The most positive feedback from hordes of people I've received on one pair of tennis shoes are for the Nike Frees so I'd like an input from a serious runner.
I totally buy clothes from the kid sections! I think you should keep it. I think it's super cute! As for the Epilator...I'd like to hear what you say after YOU try it. It sounds ouchie. Haha. Hi Louie!!!

Okay so this midwest girl doesn't get Lily but it looks cute on you ;)
I really like my Garmin (can't remember the model at the moment) but if I have any Garmin recommendations, it would be to go for something that connects to your wireless and uploads your run as soon as you get home. I wish my watch had that feature, I'm always forgetting to upload my runs.
I wear the Peg, too! I really like them. The Vomero was just too much cushion, but the Pegasus is more minimal.

I have an epilator and it's one of the best inventions ever!! Yes I almost cried the first 2-3 times I used it but now after using it for 2-3 years I don't even blink an eye when I use it. I am a kinda hairy person and about an hour after I'd shave my hair would be stubbly, I'd have to shave every day. Now my hair is fine and is very sparse. I epilate ever 2-3 weeks with one shave in between, it's AWESOME!!
