The combination of
shrimp and cheese is mouth-watering. You can make an extra ordinary dish for a
party at your place. This dish can be served at dinner and lunch. This dish
must be served with bread rolls. When you serve seafood to your guests, it
will make a difference, surely. A special dinner will always consist of special
dishes. You can always add a spark with few sea food dishes. So, now try making
this dish with shrimp and cheese. It is a very simple dish, which hardly takes
time. This dish is a mix of cheese, shrimp, and mayonnaises with several other
things. The ingredients are easily available and your guests will surely like
it.
Ingredients:
50 peeled shrimps, weighing 2 pounds
4 tbsp. cheese spread
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 tbsp. finely chopped capsicum
1 tbsp. sliced boiled potato
1 tbsp. sliced boiled mushrooms
2 tbsp. boiled sweet corn
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. butter
Bar mozzarella cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Bread rolls
Directions:
To make shrimp and cheese combo you have to make
sure that the shrimps are cleaned properly. Then you need to boil them in water
with a pinch of salt. Once the shrimps are boiled strain away the water and
take the shrimps in a bowl. In that bowl add the cheese spread, brown sugar and
mix it well. Then add the other ingredients like, chopped onions, capsicum,
potato, mushroom and sweet corn. Now you have to add the cider vinegar and Worcestershire
sauce and mix it well with a wooden spoon. Add salt and pepper along with
mayonnaises. Add grated mozzarella cheese and microwave it for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with the bread rolls. Add butter to the bread rolls when you serve to
make the best of the dish. This dish, Shrimp and cheese combo must be served
with the bread rolls.

Sounds so delish and shrimp is one of the only seafood items I can eat so definitely might be making this soon!
I love shrimp and don't think I've ever eaten them in a sandwich. And you can never go wrong with cheese. Yum yum!!
