Shrimp and Cheese Combo Recipe

Today, I have a special treat for you all. Jenny contacted me a few weeks ago about guest posting and sharing one of her many tasty seafood recipes. So here we have what she calls the "Shrimp and Cheese Combo."

The combination of shrimp and cheese is mouth-watering. You can make an extra ordinary dish for a party at your place. This dish can be served at dinner and lunch. This dish must be served with bread rolls. When you serve seafood to your guests, it will make a difference, surely. A special dinner will always consist of special dishes. You can always add a spark with few sea food dishes. So, now try making this dish with shrimp and cheese. It is a very simple dish, which hardly takes time. This dish is a mix of cheese, shrimp, and mayonnaises with several other things. The ingredients are easily available and your guests will surely like it.

50 peeled shrimps, weighing 2 pounds
4 tbsp. cheese spread
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 tbsp. finely chopped capsicum
1 tbsp. sliced boiled potato
1 tbsp. sliced boiled mushrooms
2 tbsp. boiled sweet corn
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. butter
Bar mozzarella cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Bread rolls

To make shrimp and cheese combo you have to make sure that the shrimps are cleaned properly. Then you need to boil them in water with a pinch of salt. Once the shrimps are boiled strain away the water and take the shrimps in a bowl. In that bowl add the cheese spread, brown sugar and mix it well. Then add the other ingredients like, chopped onions, capsicum, potato, mushroom and sweet corn. Now you have to add the cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and mix it well with a wooden spoon. Add salt and pepper along with mayonnaises. Add grated mozzarella cheese and microwave it for 2-3 minutes. Serve with the bread rolls. Add butter to the bread rolls when you serve to make the best of the dish. This dish, Shrimp and cheese combo must be served with the bread rolls.

Jenny Smith writes on special sea food dishes. She experiments with several things to make some special items, always. This dish is also a result of her experiment with shrimp and cheese.
