I've decided to share this on the blog to keep myself accountable. I haven't decided to what extreme I'm going to be cutting out junk, but for now, it's just going to be candy, cookies, cake, cupcakes, sweets, ice cream, etc. You'd be shocked by how many "sweets" I can eat in a day without even noticing. I may go the extreme of no fried food or chips/snacks, but we'll see.
We'll find out at the end of March if I stuck to this... What do you do when you feel like you need to detox your body of some of the crap that you put in? And any fun plans this weekend? I'm just glad it's Friday, and M and I have some fun activities to do!
