Hey! It's Ok

Hellooooooooo Thursday! Can you tell I'm in another fantabulous mood? No? Well, if you had seen me 3 hours ago, you would not be seeing this happy camper. What turned my mood around? After my 5:30AM boot camp, I came home and went back to bed. Booya! So now I'm linking up with Neely and Amber for "It's OK Thursday."

It's OK...

...to eat a salad for dinner last night and feel full, but then two hours later munch on multiple 100-calorie snack packs. (The Keebler cookie kind, if you're wondering...)

...to be so excited that my Sperry's from M have finally arrived!

...that I painted my nails last night, and majorly smudged my thumb, but didn't re-do the nail.

...to be counting down the days until I see M. It's 8, if you were wondering.

...to be so grateful that my parent's are buying us a new coffeemaker. (I'm adhering to "no shop January," so I've been going to my parents' on the weekends to get a fresh cup of coffee.)

...to be jealous that J is going to Florida for a long weekend.

...to have worn high heels every day this week. This is a rare thing for me, and I'm really liking feeling girly.

...to be a morning person, even if a lot of people around me aren't.

What are you saying it's ok to?

I always smudge a nail no matter what I do! I want to see a pic of these heels you have been wearing! So sad I don't wear them that often now that I'm a SAHM.

Happens to me every time with a salad, haha! And if I don't smudge a nail after a manicure then it is a very, very rare occasion. And it stays just like that!

Hey friend! Love your good moods! I messed up a nail last night too- painted them during Revenge- and didn't care! I'm in a horrible class right now and wish I could be in that great mood! I didn't even do my wii fit last night :(

i always seem to smudge a nail when i do mine. it drives me crazy! and maybe i should make something that's a new york recipe for this weekend! last weekend i made gumbo in honor of playing the saints and it seemed to work! so if i do something from new york, maybe the 9ers will have a chance! :)

hahah...the nail smudging always happens to me! I love that you are a morning person! I am happy when I wake but my two boys are normally not! ;) Happy Thursday!

My hate doing my nails only to smudge immediately! for that reason I wait a ridiculous amount of time before doing anything... I also use it as an excuse for Caleb to do the dishes since my nails are still drying :)

I am so guilty of painting my nails and then smudging them! I never fix it either, because I always end up making a bigger mess!

girl I've stopped buying 100 calorie packs because I would eat about 3 in one sitting!! dangit! and my brother just got some new sperrys I really like...I've never owned any! (gasp...yep I was in a sorority and never had sperrys!)

5:30 am bootcamp? I am impressed!

I've done the light dinner followed by late night snacking too many times to count - it's okay! ;)

When no shop January is over you should buy some stella and dot :) and I should buy a plane ticket!

That happens to me with salads too!

Have you tried Seche Vite top coat or Essie Quick-E drops? They make your nails look like a pro did them and help them dry super fast so you don't smudge!

Haha, story of my life with the smudged nails!

And kudos to you for the high heels! Fun to be all girly sometimes. :)

I hope you're getting a Keurig -- they're AMAZING. And rock those heels, lady! =)

Hmmm..I can be a morning person at school until it's time for the kids to come in. Then, all of a sudden, I'm ready to go home :) I'm one of those rare most-productive-in-the-afternoon kinda people. In fact, if I could sleep til 11 am everyday, then I'm convinced I'd get more done.

I am a morning person too, but boy am I impressed with your 5:30 AM bootcamp!!!

It's ok to slack on the blog, because that's what I'm currently doing on mine!!!!!

I totally agree with the salad...I do that to my nails almost every time.
